Same Day Windshield Replacement

Zena was amazing navigating my insurance and telling them to check Florida’s statutes about windshield. Done Right glass came out and did an awesome job. Same day windshield helped me navigate through the process with my insurance company. When the technician was coming he called an hour before and gave me his so I would know who he was. He was very professional and replaced my windshield in 30 minutes!

My appointment window was 11am-2pm. I was contacted at 10am to confirm, which was good. They didn’t show up till almost 2pm. It was still within the timeframe given. I was contacted again about an hour before they arrived also. Once they got here, I was barely needed. I just signed a few pages, gave them my keys (which they didn’t need, but I was busy inside my house) and they were done in less than 30 minutes. I missed the whole process. Windshield looks great and the whole process was very easy and simple. They really handle everything for you. Great job!
